How to install WAMP stack (Windows Apache Mysql PHP) on Windows ?
To install xAMP stack on windows, just download and install WAMP from http://www.wampserver.com/.

PS: I'ts not a good idea to have a developpement environnement on windows. Because most of production sites are on linux based systems and you may have some troubles when putting into the production server.
